If you have deleted a page in myCollege, Schoolbox's support team can often recover it for you.
To ask the Schoolbox support team to recover something;
- Get the URL of the page which you deleted, or the URL of the page which had the item you deleted
- If you have deleted a page, to find its URL, go to the tile which used to point to the page, and copy the link from there
- If you can't find the URL, Schoolbox will want to know the name of the page, and if you can provide it, a class code
- Send an email to support@lrs.zendesk.com with details of
- When you deleted which has gone missing
- The URL (eg https://mycollege.stcuthberts.school.nz/homepage/811)
