Help! I deleted something in myCollege

If you have deleted a page in myCollege, Schoolbox's support team can often recover it for you.

To ask the Schoolbox support team to recover something;

1. Get the URL of the page which you deleted, or the URL of the page which had the item you deleted
   1. If you have deleted a page, to find its URL, go to the tile which used to point to the page, and copy the link from there
   2. If you can't find the URL, Schoolbox will want to know the name of the page, and if you can provide it, a class code
2. Send an email to support@lrs.zendesk.com with details of
   1. When you deleted which has gone missing
   2. The URL (eg https://mycollege.stcuthberts.school.nz/homepage/811)
