Parents, Staff and Students will from time to time, not see changes/updates that have been entered in to myCollege, for example when a student Timetable has been updated or they have been added to a Group page.
This is not a universal issue, many users will view changes immediately.
Refresh your web-browser
Most web-browsers contain a refresh button that looks like an incomplete circle with an arrow on one end. It's location in the web-browser may be towards the far left or the far right of the URL.
Logout and Login again
Closing the web-browser or a tab within the web-browser does not correctly logout a user.
- Click on your name (or image) in the top left corner of screen
- Select Logout from the drop-down menu
On logout, you are returned to the St Cuthbert's College website
- On the St Cuthbert's College website
Click on the myCollege link in the top green navigation bar
- Enter your college username and password
