The morning of each Parent Teacher Interview session, after the booking portal has closed at 9am and before lunch time, the interview schedule for each staff member needs to be printed and placed in their pigeon hole. This is how to print the Staff schedules:
1. With Synergetic open, click on the Student module and select 'Student Crystal Reports Available' from the drop down list.
2. The 'Synergetic Reports Available' box will appear.
3. Make sure that the 'All Modules' radio button is checked and type 'Parent Teacher Interview - Teacher'. Select the first report of the list.
4. The report criteria box will appear. Select the session that you would like to print for from the 'Session' field (this is the session description), or if there are multiple sessions in the one evening, select the Session Date. Also tick the box labelled 'Show all session time slots'. Click View to make sure that the schedules are correct, ie. Session date. Then Click the Print button.
