You can generate a class set of reports to print for proofing.
Please review the video demonstration below on how to do this using Filemaker Pro. If you do not have Filemaker Pro, please download it from the Managed Software Centre on your computer.
Video showing how to generate class set of report PDFs
When the process has completed, Filemaker will show you a path where it has saved all of the PDFs. This will typically be in your Documents folder.
You can print all of the PDF's in one go so you can proof them. To do this, you need to have set your default printer on your Mac. This is because the process below will automatically print all of the PDFs to your default printer, so make sure your default printer is selected. Use the instructions here to set your default printer
We suggest you set your default printer to the Follow-me-anywhere print queue so that you can control when they come out of the printer.
- To BULK PRINT all of the reports in one go, can do this by selecting all of the reports by opening the folder containing all of the reports, and pressing cmd-a (to select all).
- Then press Cmd-P. This will print all of the PDF's to your default print queue.
