Add Ricoh Printer on Windows Computer

You will need to know the name of the printer to complete the following steps. (If you are at Kahunui, please scroll down this screen to find some slightly different instructions)

1. open a folder and type in the searchbar the following \\printserver (See screenshot below)
2. Search the alphabetically listed printers for the printer required(in this example, we will choose PACDownstairs). Double click to install the printer.  If you are prompted whether you are asked to 'Open' or 'Save.  Select 'Open'
3. Your newly installed printer will now be available from your print menu.

Kahunui Printers

For staff at Kahunui on a Windows computer, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open a folder window and type in \\stcc-fs-kahunui\ in to the search bar

2. Double click on the print queue you would like to install.  Your compute will connect and install that print queue.
