Accessing Email online

Your college email can be accessed online via myCollege or by navigating directly to outlook.com/owa/stcuthberts.school.nz - once it has been set up with the recommended settings below, you will be able to re-access your college email in 1 or 2 steps.

The following steps are for staff who have never logged in to their Staff Email online.

Login to myCollege,

1. Click the Staff Email button in the top navigation bar if you're staff, or the Email tile if you're a student.
   
   
   • If you can't see the Staff Email button...
     Click the Hamburger menu-icon in the far top left corner then select Staff Email from the drop-down menu
     
     
     
2. Sign-in to St Cuthbert's College using your College username in the format username@stcuthberts.school.nz, the click Sign in
   
   
   • If you're unsure...
     Sign-in with the same username and password you entered when you logged in to myCollege, with @stcuthberts.school.nz added to the end of the username
     
     
     
3. Check the box and click Yes
   
   
   
4. When prompted for location and Time settings, enter the options:
   
   • Language: English (New Zealand) - hint: scroll up to locate it
   • Current time zone: (UTC + 12:00) Auckland, Wellington - hint: scroll down to locate it
     
     
   • Your Outlook Email will open in a new browser Window/Tab
