There is a known issue with Apple when printing from certain apps on iPad.

This affects mainly apps where the iPad tries to print the file as an image file.  The easiest way to workaround this issue is to import the image file into a Pages document, and then print the pages document.

Workaround 1

1. Export your file as an image so that it appears in the Photos app.
2. Open the Pages app, and import the photo into a pages document.
3. Print the pages document

Instructions on how to import an image into Pages

     On the page where you want to add the image, tap  in the toolbar.

You can also copy an image from another document or application.

Workaround 2

The issue with blank pages doesnt appear to affect printing screenshots.

1. Open your file as a full screen, then take a screenshot of your file.  Crop out anything you dont want in your screenshot.

2. Open the Photos app, find your screenshot and print the screenshot.
