There are two Crystal Reports in Synergetic to use to check your spend against your budget allocation.
- Financial Performance Report 2 - GLFINPERF2. This will show you the total spend and budget for each GL Code. The bottom line of this report shows your total spend against budget
- G/L Journal Listing DR/CR/ Suppress Zeros - GLJNLSDCSUPZERO. This will show you all of the transactions in each GL code in your budget
When you run these reports you will be asked to enter a G/L Year, and Month. Check that the G/Year is the year that you want to run the report for, and enter 12 into the month to view the full year.
