In the unlikely event that your phone becomes disconnected from the network, or it displays a 'disconnected' notification on the screen, we may ask you to restart your telephone, or check the connection.
The easiest way to restart your telephone is to unplug the network cable from the back of the phone and plug it back in.
Please ensure that you plug the network cable which comes from the wall, into the port labeled LAN as below: (NOTE: depending on the model of your telephone, these ports may be around the opposite way)
The port labeled PC can be used if you have a cable connected to your desktop computer or notebook computer. If you don't have one of these cables, then the PC port should be empty.
